My Thursday started with a bowl of cereal and almond soymilk. I knew it wouldn’t hold me over, so I made a smoothie to bring in to the office.
This guy had frozen cherries and strawberries, OJ, spinach, and a tablespoon of vanilla greek yogurt. MM :)
I LOVE straws!
For lunch I had steamed cauliflower and spinach with a bruschetta “burger” on top. No sauce, no cheese, just good :)
Lunch “dessert” was a sliced Gala.
I was excited to leave work at 5pm yesterday! I headed to my parents to pick up my three new pieces of art for my apartment. I also wanted to bring my mom some flowers and dark chocolate almonds from Whole Foods since her birthday was Sunday!!!
I also wanted dinner ;) I had some of their leftover pizza with Franks…
A side of carrots with red pepper dip…
And some Scoops with salsa!
It has been a tough week so it was really great to see my parents. They always shine a positive light on everything :) I love them!!
I got home around 7:45 and of course had to check out my art before going to the gym. They look great!! I can’t wait for z to help me put them up on Saturday :)
I got to the gym around 8pm and did 4 miles!! Phew…halfway done with my 8 miles for the week. No problemo!
